Circular Transparency is a strategic advisory firm focused on one challenge: helping leaders make better decisions in increasingly complex value chains.

We work with executives, boards, and investors in industries where regulation, resource constraints, geopolitics, and AI are reshaping how value is created. Our role is not to produce narratives or compliance frameworks, but to clarify choices— on products, supply chains, partnerships, and business models.

Nina Shariati is a strategic advisor to executives, boards, and investors navigating complex value-chain decisions.

Drawing on senior leadership experience at H&M Group and international policy and standards work with organisations such as UNECE, she brings a system-level perspective on how sustainability ambitions, regulation, and operational reality intersect. Today, she works with leadership teams to frame trade-offs and make decision-grade choices — using sustainability, circularity, and AI as levers for resilience and long-term value creation.

As an IRCA-certified lead auditor on ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems and a certified trainer on chemical management, climate action for the fashion industry, waste management, and textile wastewater treatment, Ashraf is committed to advancing circularity, resource efficiency, and corporate sustainability in industries worldwide.

    Dr. Asli Tamer Vestlund brings over 20 years of experience in multinational corporations (including H&M Group), academia, trade associations, and non-profit organizations. She has successfully led global projects and is highly experienced in regulatory compliance, consumer product legislation, and stakeholder engagement across diverse value chains.

    As a thought leader, Dr. Vestlund has created impactful training programs, moderated international events, and contributed to professional and academic publications. Her expertise includes chemicals and forestry product compliance strategies, regulatory updates, and supply chain engagement programs. She is dedicated to advancing sustainability and compliance in evolving global markets.

    Consultant

    Liz Aderinola has over 15 years of experience in apparel manufacturing as a Senior Garment Technologist and Ethical Compliance Consultant. An alumni of the London College of Fashion, Liz has worked with globally recognised brands, including ASOS, Ivy Park, and Juicy Couture, bringing a wealth of expertise in garment technology.

    Her deep industry knowledge and commitment to sustainability have made Liz a trusted advisor in the fashion sector, where she champions innovative solutions to enhance product quality, transparency, and responsible manufacturing.


  • Giulia Daniela Rosato

    Consultant

    Giulia is an experienced, CIMA-qualified finance professional with a Bocconi MSc in Economics and an Oxford Executive MBA.

    Her focus lies at the intersection of business and impact, with a passion for innovative projects that mobilize capital where it’s most needed. She is currently Head of Financial Control at the PRI (Principles for Responsible Investment) and was previously CFO at Endelea, an ethical fashion B Corp operating between Italy and Tanzania. Giulia also founded Impact2Bee, mentors for Urban Synergy, and is an Industrial Professor at UCL, teaching a short course in Social Entrepreneurship.
